清潔で、快適に過ごすことができ感謝している。フロント係、ハウスキーピング係の対応は良い。 ２泊したが、２日目の外出から戻ってきたら、部屋に並べておいてあったはずのゴルフ靴がなぜか無くなっていた。翌早朝、フロントへ行き話をしたら、９時間半頃に戻ってきた。フロントの対応に感謝しているが、無くなった理由は聞いていない。また、ホテルのランクに対して、朝食の内容は期待したほどではなかった。 |

staff were helpful and freindly , the doorman , concierge , recetion a duty manager went ou tof their way to ensure a pleasant stay. we took a limo from aamerican limos to the hotel and was met by the doorman who was freindly , the concierge took care of our dinner reservations and airport transportation. reception upgraded us to a deluxe and duty mamnager sent up a bottle of champagne everything was perfect we will stay again and again. |

Location and the reception people were great. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Paris which is normally 5 to 6 times a year,however for the first time the room and specifically the bathroom was not clean at all.Also the red carpet at the main lobby was extremely dirty. |

Die Position in der Stadt Wenn ein Taxi gebraucht würde, haben sie uns auf die Staße trotz der Kälte warten lassen und sehr rudimentär ein Taxi aus der Straße rausgeholt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Um ein getrenntes Bett zu haben, zahlten wir 30,- extra pro Tag. Dazu kommt, das wir ein Zimmer am ganz anderen Ende vom Fahrstuhl bekamen, also zu wei |
