room was comfortable and had a decent view we were aware that there were some renovations under way and they had difficulty finding us a room - ending up putting us on one of the floors that work was being done on which smelled strongly of paint. |

The location of the hotel in Nice is great. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Not the htel's fault, but the website makes it look as if the hotel faces straight on at the Mediterranian, which it does not. It is not on the main Boulevard, but rather a side street. Yes, some of the rooms have a sideways view of the sea, but I thought it would be directly out our window. |

Good hotel for the price Internet is the room is way to slow what you pay for. The wifi connection in the lobby was 10 time faster and for free. |

Very good beds and quiet at night. Good hotel if you plan to have your drinks and food elsewhere and need the hotel for sleeping only. Bad breakfast with low selection of choices and most even run out well before the breakfast time was over. Breakfast is also expensive. All hotel bars suffered from the same problem; slow but expensive with bad service. |

Very welcoming and helpful staff The fact that it is not situated where the address implies, but in a side streeet off the Promenade. The 'Superior Sea-View' room was therefore nothing like expected and one had to almost lean out of the window to catch a glimpse of the sea. I shall be complaining formally to the hotel on this matter. |

Relaxed atmosphere. Staff attentive, yet not obtrusive. Roomy reception, with fresh flowers. Pool on roof was a bonus. Hotel & room were clean. Brilliant shower. No real problems. You could wish for a gym, but that would probably up the price considerably. Our room could have been larger. Maybe you could ask if there is a choice of room sizes. |

Efficient, knowledgable and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our staff most enjoyable. Concierge service for parking of car - excellent. Food service excellent in the restaurant, garden and roof terrace. Rooms always clean and tidy. Superior room - Views to die for. |

Service was appalling, nearly an hour wait for a sandwich, drinks forgotten waitied an hour for a coffee near pool ) no one at batr on an eveining waitin nearly 30 mins with another family who went to reception to complain ( it was 8pm ) |
