There was a waitress whose attitude wasn't good. When I went down to the basement to have a breakfast, she said to me that the restraunt was not yet open. However it was already a few minutes past 7 o'clock and the restraunt should have been open. Although I told her so, she didn't let me in, but a few other guests also came and then she went away without saying anything to me. |

I didn't like the fact that there are no adaptors for plugs in the rooms and we had to charge electric devices at the reception. This is very incovenient and unpractical, considering that tourists have cell phones and cameras that need to be loaded at least every two days. There were also some issues with breakfast: cofee and milk were awful and normal yoghourt (without fruits) was not available |

location is perfect for sightseeing; twin-room 124 is pretty comfortable though without air-conditioner (!Warning! windows can't be opened in the rooms 8xx); friendly staff. Breakfast is the same every day; some requests were carried out not for the first time; and !Warning! we had a problem with our credit cards cause hotel's reserved our money in the first day but couldn't use them for payment in the end - so you need to have more money than just the price of staying. |

My daughter stayed at this hotel and they found it unacceptable, and moved to another hotel the second night. According to my daughter there was no closet for their clothes, the ceiling in the bath was very low forcing her boyfriend to bend in order to shower, rust on parts in the bathroom, shoddy in general. |
