the view was amazing, the style and feel of the hotel was amazing,
i had a sauna and the attendant was helpful and told me all i needed to know., the desk staff were very helpful . and the breakfast were polite and helpful.

when we arrived we booked an early morning call for the next day for 8.30 am, we got it at 7.30 am, after our 3 day stay we ordered an early morning call for 5.30am , we did not get it at all, i told the desk staff that if i had a flight to catch i wouldnt be happy at all about missing it. by luck we woke up our selves at 6.00am.

Use of pool & steam room

Pigeons outside bedroom window. Very annoying especially early
morning>Cooked breakfast on Tuesday 12/8 was lukewarm, a little better
on Weds 13/8

Breakfast very poor. Food kept lukewarm for long periods and limited selection. Coffee and fruit juice from machines with little flavour.

The location, the room and the staff were excellent. the eating facilities were also very good and good selection on food on the menu.

The only problem was the disco on the Saturday night did not finish until 1am and when you have to be up and do a 5 hour journey it was not good. The rooms above the Adams suite should be kept for these guests who were attending the function. I would in future ask for a room away from the function suite, but the stay was still enjoyable

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but there is a bus leaving every 5-10 mins from just around the corner. It takes about 20 mins and drops you right on Pinces Street. The location of the hotel also means you are away from the city center noise.

no because he was on himself
