Roof terrace fabulous. Location excellent

Bed was rather soft. Shower had low pressure and extremely variable temperature

We had ticekts to see Tom Waits at the Playhouse and had travelled up from Newcastle, so the location couldn't have been better, it was right next door! The staff were helpful and accomodating without being sychophantic. The honesty bar was so useful late at night when we got back. The roof terrace was amazing! Our room was beautiful and cool and luxurious and large, more like a suite.

The only thing we didnt like was having to leave!

The staff were veryhelpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the design, visual aspect of the hotel was fabulous. it was also veryhelpful. the breakfast was excelent for value and choice.

Nothing I didn'tlike, but felt that our price which was a special deal made it very worthwhile and value for money, however I wouldnot have said the same if we paid full price.
