L'emplacement, le personnel est charmant et sympathique. Hôtel trop cher par rapport à sa qualité. Extrêmement bruyant, pas de fenêtres double vitrage, on dort comme dans la rue, difficile de trouver le sommeil. Deux nuits de suite des clients ont hurlé dans les couloirs, l'hôtel est frequenté par des individus agités. J'ai payé environ 200 pounds la nuit, pour 50 pound la nuit je pouvais trouver mieux, je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel. |

Localisation chambres vieux style, sombre, besoin d'une bonne peinture, dressing sans porte, fenêtre non étanche - bruit de la rue, concierge inutile qui recherche tout sur le net - incapable de faire des recommandations de restaurants et bars |

Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas d'une entrée de Metro, et avec un arrêt de la Bus Company devant. Fenêtre non étanche, l'air passait, et donc les bruits de la rue. |

Bonne situation, arret de bus devant l'hotel et métro à 3min a pied.
Etat général de la chambre plus que satisfaisant, mais le papier peint et la déco commencent a ce faire vieillots. Gros point négatif niveau pratique, pas de frigo et surtout, pas de coffre... |

the location was safe and the park so close., one thing bothered me, there was a water leak into our bathroom, which I reported to the desk, someone came and said it was fixed but it was not and even after the second try the water still leaked, I hope you have finally got it fixed It did not affect the use of the bathroom but could do structural damage. |

It was central to where we wanted to be. We paid for breakfast but did not eat it.The dining room was due to shut at 11am and me and my husband went for breakfast at 10.40. the hotel staff were cleaning and hoovering around our table throughout us trying to eat our breakfast so in the end we took a coffee back to our room and drank it up there and left the breakfast. |
