The amount of freedom whilst being in the hotel late at night. All in all, it was a great experience.

lovely shower, comfortable beds. friendly helpful staff. room service was very reasonably priced and delicious food.

It was convenient for me since my family were staying in the same area.
The rate was really good..

I hope they improve their service. The housekeeping was very slow and I
had to ask for the bill. I had requested connecting room for my family
and they gave me the room numbers but unfortunately when they checked in
the reception didn't know anything about my request.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Good locatio not far from St. John's Wood Tube Station. The rooms were nicely furnished with a large flat screen TV. We ate in the restaurant and bar. The food was excellant in both.
