A charming boutique-style hotel centrally located in trendy Marylebone village, just a short walk away from fashionable Bond Street, Oxford Street and the new Abercrombie & Fitch store on Savile Row.

The room is clean and comfortable

The room has poor lightning. They assigned the room adjescent to renovation works, next time don't assigned guest to the room too close to renovation area because the sound of tools and people working penetrate the room.

I liked the location, pool and gym and some of the staff were lovely

they did not inform us on the internet that they were renovating and I was put in an very depressing unrenovated room that looked nothing like what i had booked on line. They moved me into a renovated room when I asked to be moved.The windows were completly dirty in the new room and you could not see out of them in the renovated room.

There was no information about Helth Club and spa opening hours in our room. So after a busy day it was not possible to realax in Spa, as it was closed already.

when we stayed at jurys cliftton hotel our room wasbrilliant was really pleased,the swimming pool was great to.

they would except my mastero card whch i though was stupid really,you was allowed to use the fridge without them having a credit card so they could charge you.id have payed cash there and then but they wouldnt.also when some one went to the toilet upstairs when they flushed the toillet u could here all the water running through the pipes for like 5minutes,that was ridiculous got woke up every time

The room was extremely small. Every time that I come back to this hotel the rate is higher and the room smaller.

Modern style and cozyness. Nice Lobby and relaxing lounges.

The towels were not clean. You can see old dirty spots in the towels. I requested at the reception to change the towels. Once I returned to the hotel at night I noticed the towels were not changed at all so I had to request it again to be able to get a shower.
