The room was great, all facilities are first class and clean. Very good restaurant and the staff very kind. You have around the corner the Paddington station. Highly recomended hotel. They have satellital tv, movies and internet on TV, but if you want to see local tv is impossible, you have to pay a package movies+internet about 20 pounds. You dont have access to printer. The shower drainage was somewhat occluded the first night but they resolved the next day. If you travel from Spain you need to bring electric converter, the hotel have some ones, but not many. |

Room were very clean, modern and tastefully completed. Desk was so crowded that it could not be comfortably used. So close to Paddington one could hear the train rumblings. |

Cleanliness, & layout of room & bathroom vy good, within a limited space. Room looked welcoming after long jouney, turning down beds & the little chocolate is such a nice touch. Have stayed before so know this not always the case, but this time the room was more affected by noise outside, which was a shame. |

Loved the room. We were so surprised that for once a website understated the facilities. The room was perfect, spacious, well furnished and with lots of little 'extras'. However we were apparently upgraded from our original booking which was much appreciated. We will definately stay there again. Typically British bed, quite lumpy. The linen was great though. Check out Hilton or Marriott beds which seem to be the ultimate in good beds. We do find London hotels very expensive but have stayed in some terrible hotels so have accepted that you usually get what you pay for. |
