Room was ok, fullfilled the needs. Receptionists were professional and service was fast.

Room service was poor really. Not enough toiletpaper, TV-was not working, despite of the promises... Elevator was really old fasnioned and slow !

This hotel is a notch up in quality from other small budget hotels in the Paddington area.

This was my first time staying near Paddington - I didn't really like the area as much as Kensington or even Bayswater.

Proximity to Heathrow Expess at Paddington Station

Room was next to some sort of generator. It was very noisy and I did not get much sleep

Perfect location for short business trips or London stopovers. Extremely easy to get to and from lhr. Close to Underground. Free internet was extremely useful.

Small but all London hotels are small.

i liked the location of the hotel which is just a few minutes away from paddington station in london city, and the good clean furnuture of the room

i hated the reception of the hotel which didnt represent a 4start hotel. i also disliked the size of the room which was very tiny u could barely turn around even!!!!!!!!! adeceiving s to me after a long flight and not to the roo rate expectations. the lifts took ages to get to my floor though i stayed on the 1st floor, and if i had taken a back wing there was no lift at all!!!
