Przy późnych check in dostałem upgrade pokoju w cenie ustalonej na początku rezerwacji przez booking.com Ostateczna faktura wystawiona za pokój opiewała na kwotę wyższą niż zagwarantowna podczas rezerwacji (niezależnie od upgrade pokoju jaki dostałem i podatku VAT). Uznano kwotę gwarantowaną ponieważ miałem potwierdzenie rezerwcji z Państwa strony. |

We were impressed on how sound proof the rooms were. We upgraded to have the availability to use the executive lounge, on both the days we were at the hotel this was not available to us on both afternoons. we did go to reception to discuss but reception was busy so we let it go. |

We were given a room upgrade which was fantastic. Breakfast on Sunday 17th was slow as we had to queue for abou 25 minutes for a table. |

Location and the room. The view was not as good as expected The executive room upgrade was not of much value, expected better service in the evening although breakfast was ok but should have started earlier. |
