Sijainnista, hlökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli sisäpihalle päin ja ei näkynyt edes taivasta, naapurihotellien asukkaat kyllä näkivät suoraan sisälle. Huono valaistus huoneessa. |

Facilities good, position good, view from room excelent. Resturant and bar staff very friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was a mix up over our booking furtunately we had the paperwork with us. four hours later the extras with our package hadn't arrived at our room so I phoned down but nothiing happened. I went down to reception and complained. Most of it then was brought up, some we never recieved and one of the bathrobes had a big hole in it and was very shabby. Only one sachet of coffee. |

great hotel, beautiful lobby and bar.Room a little bit small but spotless.A little bit out of the centre but on a gorgious day( it happens in England) nice location for a stroll along the river. |

The staff were very helpful. We had to change room three times to finally obtain a room that was non- smoking and had executive facilities. Our order for breakfast took nearly an hour to arrive. |

It was (vaguely) comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We stayed two nights and our sheets were not changed after the first - somewhat ridiculous, given that we spent over £200 per night. Also, the promotions were confusing (and inaccurate) and the "view" abysmal. Nothing special whatsoever. |
