場所は抜群によくいいホテルです。このホテルからヒースローに行くならビクトリア駅からパディントンまでバス移動をお勧めします（地下鉄は階段しかないので）。シングルですが部屋がとても広いです。他のホテルと比べてコストパフォーマンスはよいです。 Do not disturb の札を下げないとメイドが30分起きに部屋を掃除しようときます。さらに平日の午後に普通のホテルスタッフまで「部屋がちゃんと掃除されているかチェックします」と訪ねてきたりと、ちょっと落ち着かないこともありました。 |

The staff were so very helpful and friendly. Location was central to all the sites of London. Would definatley stay there again! The room was a bit small, especially to set out luggage.No fridge to keep water or pop cool. |

All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. Rooms are very small, lobby can be very crowded at times and can be noisy. |

the location and air conditioning in the room. Staff friendly and helpful. I requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room on arrival, residual smell of smoke in the room all of my stay. The room was so small and for £140 per night, not good value. Also the TV was on the blink on my second night. |
