The staff were so very helpful and friendly. Location was central to all the sites of London. Would definatley stay there again! The room was a bit small, especially to set out luggage.No fridge to keep water or pop cool. |

All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. Rooms are very small, lobby can be very crowded at times and can be noisy. |

Hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Floor makes a squeaky noise when you walk around. Toilet didn't flush well. |

the location and air conditioning in the room. Staff friendly and helpful. I requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room on arrival, residual smell of smoke in the room all of my stay. The room was so small and for £140 per night, not good value. Also the TV was on the blink on my second night. |

The location was excellent for central London Our room was quite noisy as it was next to an external generator & the housekeepers storeroom, but the location out weighed this. inconvenience |
