The reception staff were good. The shower did not work - there was no bath. The air conditioning did not work. The tv and radio were not tuned in. I stayed in a 'Deluxe' Double which was smaller than many other hotels bathrooms. |

Massive bed and complimentary wine and chocolates - nice touch Upgraded to Club Room - on two floors with a large lounge area but bathroom was tiny - poor use of space. Restaurant / bar felt more like a cafe (did not eat so does not reflect quality of food just the ambience) If we were to have stayed for more than one night wardrobe would not have been big enough for clothes. |

Good location and excellent service. Some of the best I have experienced in many years staying at top hotels. A nice walk to Hyde park which is only about 200 metres away in a straight line and the park is magnificent. |

Excellent location near Paddington, comfortable (small) rooms, staff very helpful, esp. the bellman who walked me and my luggage three or so blocks to my next hotel and wouldn't accept a tip! A little expensive for what is on offer. |

Air conditioning did not work meaning the room was very hot, no water during part of the first day, no plug in the sink. |

The price The room is so small I could (literally) barely move in it (the bed fit exactly against three walls and I had to 'reverse out' of the bathroom. |

The Dining Facilities were very sparse and basic and the bar looked clinical and was not a very comfortable area to spend any time in. |

Friendly, informative staff Our room had a loose power socked which was not just made it a little tricker to unplug items but it boardered on dangerous! We also blew a fuse when turning on one of the bedroom lights. I don't know if this is related to the loose socket or not but it was a good job our tv remained on and gave us some light for the rest of the evening. You wouldn't have scored highly on a health and safety score |

Near by paddington rail station, no need taxi to hotel fram the station The most thing that bothered me is that I reached the hotel at 23:00 and my booking was confirmed but the room was taken by other person , so they send me to other hotel to spend my first night there, the second thing the hotel was noisy that I could sleep well, even the weather was cool but I have to swich on the a/c to reduse the noise of the neighbors |

we paid £180 for the deluxe double room - it was tiny!!! not worth the money at all, travelodge rooms are bigger and cost a fraction of the price! |
