The price There was no bar, just a restaurant that sold drinks. Staff were not clear on directions to my room and the signage of room numbers was not clear on that floor so I got lost. |

Location is the best thing about the hotel the room was way too small for comfort and it would help if the signs around the hotel directing you to the rooms were accurate. |

We really liked the location. It is one block from the Paddington Train Station which makes it easy to get on the underground and commuter trains, The neighborhood is very nice and close enough to Hyde Park for a nice walk or run. The bathroom is tiny, but it is very clean and sufficient. |

Location; free internet Air condition did not work. Also made two separate reservations for two nights (in a row) and had problems with the staff understanding that I was not checking out after the first day. The reason they gave me for re-checking in made no sense at all. |
