The hotel is well located near the tube, park and supermarkets.
Tea/Coffee, Biscuits and magazines in the room were also appreciated.
The bedroom is a good size, especially for central London.

The bedroom was a good size, in stark contrast to the bathroom, where
the bath, sink and toilet are less than a metre apart - you must leave
clothes outside, because it's impossible to bend over and reach them in
the floor space available. The ceiling also had mildew on it. Our tv had
no reception other than fuzzy bbc for the first 24hrs, but we fixed that
a day later when the staff did not bother

The location close to Paddington Station

The hotel is very well situated being within walking distance of the west end. Our room was very clean,had a great view over the roof tops of Paddington and was quiet. The daily cleaning staff did a very good job.

The room was neither delux or worth the pre discount price of £650. The bedroom was very small and you could not fit two people in the shower room at the same time. The reception staff could have been more friendly.

The reception was nice

The room did not meet expectations. To be honest we were very
disappointed and feel the room was not shown the correct way. It was too
small and no air

The room was very much below standard described in web site - we were moved when air con did not work but to a room without outside view which was extremely small.
