es molt centric, potser massa i tot ja que hi ha moltissima gent per el carrer el divendres i dissabte a la nit, pero esta be pq es al costat de picadilly mateix, i aixo es important per una escapada de cap de setmana, pq ho tens tot a un pas. Et deixen la presna a l habitacio, tens aigua i infusions gratuites a la habitacio. La neteja de les tasses de les infusions, les vam tenir que renetejar nosaltres, ja que no estaven be. |

Location very central. Good Breakfast and room comfortable Very, very noisy. Room fronted onto Shaftsbury avenue and poor sound proofing so didn't sleep for 2 nights! |

The location was excellent, the "extra" and cleanliness very good the "Double" bed was the smallest we have ever slept in, and unfortunately, despite all the other good points, not being able to have a good night's sleep ruined the experience. We would therefore not recommend the hotel, purely based on the size of the bed. |

Central to Theatreland; but there are better nearby hotels for the same (high) price no soundproofing from the noise of central london nor from police car etc alarums (which you can expect throughout the night). Breakfast in room poor value for money - toast texture the rubberiest ever. Room service menu limited to Italian type snacks - so do not expect afternoon tea! |

Unfortunately my room was at the front of the hotel on the 1st floor. I was up and down all night due to the noise outside.The only critisisum I have about the room is that it was over crowded with furniture, the headboard was very nice but very imposing and to big for the size of the room. A head board that was mounted to the wall would have freed up alot of space in the room. |

Convenient situation. Nice, clean room. Well presented and decorated room. Would definitely use this hotel again. Room too hot and air conditioning was not affective or able to be altered adequately. Breakfast in room (as part of Romance Package) was cold. Champagne (as part of Romance Package) was only half bottle - this was not made clear in the description of the package and somewhat disappointing for a special occasion and the extra money paid. |

Location is very central and the staff are courteous and helpful. Location is very noisy if your room is on Shaftesbury Avenue. Single rooms are very small indeed. Avoid these. |
