The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent

The rug was filthy, the bedspread on top of the bed had to be removed as it was stinking and the blow dryer did not work.

the souvenir store.... :)

the wireless access point was having issues, and I kept losing connection. The wired internet connection didn't work at all. I had to talk to a Helpdesk, who didn't don anything which resulted in using my Blackberry as a Modem, which resulted in high costs....

The ambience of the hotel

Only 2 small things 1)The connection fee on the phone.I had a telephone call card that I had already paid for and thought having to pay the fee on top of that was not truly fair. 2) I had booked a taxi to go to terminal 4 next morning, one was not there for that time.

location good breakfast selection however tea warming on top of coffee machine results in warm stewed tea

1, Uncomfortable bed,holes in sheets. Foldaway bed in room restricted available space. 2.Unavailability of porters at check-in..took own bags to room 3.Poor car parking facilities....my car blocked in by contractors for 30 minutes...suggest you allocate car parking for contractors so hotel customers not inconvenienced. 4. Fresh milk in fridge would be nice.

fluffy towels

the rough finish of bathroom, the snagging was done by someone not too particular about paint splashes and missing/poor grouting when it was last refurbished.

Well furnished, nice room at a discounted rate was good value. Reception staff were nice, very helpful.

Location is not the best (out of town). Bus fare of 8 pounds return to the Airport is expensive considering the short distance. Breakfast was included in my rate, but in the Restaurant I was informed it was only Continental, although I could pay extra for the English breakfast.

We were so tired and got our room quickly. Then we had a nice dinner at
their restaurant. A nice surprise was the Cub game on tv...WGN. Wake up
call...and a 2nd to be sure. Nice touch. And they arranged a cab for the
transfer to the airport.

We forgot to inform the hotel that the toliet seat was cracked.....and
the sink!!!

It's proximity to the airport

There was a loud buzzing noise coming from the bathroom all night which
made it impossible for me to get any sleep. Unfortunately the reception
didn't seem to care when told in the morning.

Not a lot, no courtesy shuffle was available and as a transiting traveller who invariably arrives tired haqving to wait and pay for transit buses is not a pleasant option

Frankly, we were disappointed with the room size, from the web it states and boasts about the double classic and it assumes that the room size should be generous but in fact they are not, also, as a guest there should be free access to wireless or LAN connection in the hotel, and would influence my decision to stay at this hotel in the future, breakfast price is outrageous
