De Locatie De kamer was donker en rook muf! Mag een frissere uitstraling! De foto's op het internet doen de kamer groter lijken. |

Bij aankomst bleken de kamers geen twee "queen" bedden te hebben, maar twee eenpersoons bedden; voor onze dochter werd er echter snel en zonder extra kosten een extra bed bijgezet. In het restaurant ook vegetarische mogelijkheden. De duur van het inchecken (lange rij) en vooral het uitchecken (lange rij), vooral heel vervelend als je een vliegtuig moet halen; het is immers een Heathrow hotel, gericht op vliegtuigassagiers. Kamers vrij klein (ook zonder extra bed). |

the bed and location finding hotel was difficult, room wasnt as advertised, check in was not as advertised, hallways tired and in need of repair, airconditioning not working |

Your food and staff were good. Unfortunately that was all. Your rooms need an upgrade . it must be the only hotel at the price that has no double glazing ! & feels old .we had a very bad nights sleep. |

Comfortable room. Good choice of TV channels including Sky Sports. The Hotel Bus from / to the Airport costs 4 pounds each way. Very expensive considering it's close, specially for a family. Internet is expensive. |

I found the staff very helpful, pleasant and polite. The restaurant could have a nicer ambience for a nice dinner after a long trip and the atm machine in your lobby is a ripoff. |

The room was fantastic and the bed quality superb. The service from the reception was cold and indifferent. For example, Asking questions on bus services yielded a light tap on a paper pasted on a wall; no thank you was offered after payment; ... very basic courtesy of customer service. Very disappointed given that it is a reputed hotel management chain. |

The very friendly and helpful staff at the Club Lounge. And the very reasonably priced hotel limo service. Too old, the building, the furniture all need to touch up. |

It took 25 minutes from the hotel to the airport by the bus, which costs Euro4 and makes stops at many hotels on the way. There was no merit to stay at the hotel near the airport. I rather stay at a hotel in downtown. |
