En primer lloc la situació al centre de Londres, l'habitació estava molt bé i, en general, tots els serveis de l'hotel eren molt agradables i confortables. L'atenció personal molt correcte. |

Location was terrific. Room was a bit on the small side, but I knew that during reservation Room had a fan, but no central air conditioning or temperature control. |

Easy, polite check-in. Clean quiet room. Good room facilities. Great location in Strand. I have used the same hotel in London for 10 years and am looking for a new regular hotel. Strand Palace seems to fit the bill. I shall recommend it to my colleagues. |

Excellent location; comfortable and welcoming entrance hall. Club rooms are quite cosy. You must be careful not to flood the bathroom when you have a shower as there is no shower shield (shower curtains are used instead). |

The location was excellent, central to so many attractions which were either in walking distance or within a tube stop away. Was located close to three tube stations so getting about was easy. |

Central location The single room was onr of the smallest singles I have experienced but my main complaint was the heat. I suspected the worst when I saw the large fan in the corner and I needed it. Managed a few minutes sleep lying on top of the bed with the fan on full blast. |

Definitely the location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, comfort, the quiet. Will use again Room wasn't big, but definitely acceptable considering it's London hotels. Maids could be a bit more quiet in the morning while cleaning adjacent rooms; the kind of prices practised could well include the Internet use available in room |
