Με εξυπηρετούσαν σε ότι ζητούσα, από έκδοση εισιτηρίων για αξιοθέατα προκειμένου να μην χάνω χρόνο σε ουρές μέχρι ότι μπορείτε να φανταστείτε. Επίσης είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις αφού βρίσκετε και κοντά στους σταθμούς του μετρό |

Location was terrific. Room was a bit on the small side, but I knew that during reservation Room had a fan, but no central air conditioning or temperature control. |

Easy, polite check-in. Clean quiet room. Good room facilities. Great location in Strand. I have used the same hotel in London for 10 years and am looking for a new regular hotel. Strand Palace seems to fit the bill. I shall recommend it to my colleagues. |

Excellent location; comfortable and welcoming entrance hall. Club rooms are quite cosy. You must be careful not to flood the bathroom when you have a shower as there is no shower shield (shower curtains are used instead). |

rooms too small and stuffy. no cots for baby despite advertisement to the contrary. very poor facilities for childcare. |
