vicinanza all'aeroporto, bus di collegamento con la metro rumoroso il venerdi notte (festa in corso fino alle 2 am..), stanza piccola, mancanza di accappatoi e ciabatte |

L'ampia camera dotata di ogni confort,la pulizia e professionalità dello staff.La vicinanza all'aeroporto,la possibilità di utilizzare mezzi pubblici gratuiti per raggiungere l'hotel dal terminal 2 in 10 min e la possibilità di raggiungere il terminal 2 la mattina all'alba con la navetta (inizio servizio ore 4,20-costo del biglietto 4£ acquistabile all'hotel) o con il taxi (costo della corsa 10£). Nessuna critica, fatta eccezione per le poche aree ricreative a disposizione degli ospiti (area bar se si consuma e accesso all'area piscina a pagamento se hotel organizza una serata).in tale caso l'unico posto dove si può leggere o chiaccherare è la hall. |

It was nice to have a gym and a restaurant in the hotel. Also, decorations were very nice. It took awhile for them to find the reservation I had booked. They said it was so soon after I booked the room (we got there about an hour or so after I booked it - we had missed our flight at Heathrow and needed a room for the night) that they couldn't find it so it took them about 20 plus minutes. |

The shuttle bus (4GBP) from Terminal 5 was really convenient. The small extra charge to upgrade to the Club Room was worth it for me. My room was clean and comfortable. The lounge was comfortable & the snacks, drinks & breakfast were as good as advertised omline. |

Convenience, comfort - we have stayed at a number of the Heathrow hotels and hope to stay again. The best we have found to date! Perhaps concierge staff need to be a little more accurate when advising re taxi fares. |
