Det virkede bare ikke somom hotellet var andet end et transit hotel og at formaalet med hotellet ikke var andet end at faa saa mange end og ud som det var gaesternes komfort. Jeg har en del konkrete klager omkring hotellet som jeg ikke vil bringe op her. Men det er absolut ikke et hotel jeg vil anbefale for nogen! Jeg har selv arbejder paa et hotel: Uddan jeres hotelpersonale bedre i baade service og fremtoning for gaesterne! |

Excellent regular service to the various Heathrow terminals. Friendly, helpful staff. The need to negotiate two or three stairs from reception to any room. |

Value for money on a room only basis. Room was clean tidy, and comfortable, and not too noisy, considering its proximity (few hundred yards) to Heathrow runway. The breakfast was expensive, and not very good |

Convenient, good value for money. Food was very good in restaurant. Reception person on arrival was not very efficient, he continued to answer the telephone and other customer queries while checking us into the hotel. We arrived at approximately 5.45 pm. |

The front desk staff were decidely unhelpful when I was checking out. Very easy to find, using the hotel hopper bus.Caught the tbe to Terminal 1 Heathrow, and caught the H4 Bus to the hotel, bus price was 4 pounds |
