Value for money on a room only basis. Room was clean tidy, and comfortable, and not too noisy, considering its proximity (few hundred yards) to Heathrow runway. The breakfast was expensive, and not very good |

Convenient, good value for money. Food was very good in restaurant. Reception person on arrival was not very efficient, he continued to answer the telephone and other customer queries while checking us into the hotel. We arrived at approximately 5.45 pm. |

The front desk staff were decidely unhelpful when I was checking out. One staff member ignored a growing line while he did paper work until someone from the line interrupted him and asked for assistance. Very easy to find, using the hotel hopper bus.Caught the tbe to Terminal 1 Heathrow, and caught the H4 Bus to the hotel, bus price was 4 pounds |

The location close to the terminals Some staff couldn't understand english! didn't kno what vinegar or ketchup was. The food vwas possibly the worst I have had from hotel. Fish and chips a la cart the chips were raw, still white and solid My tikka masala was cold and it was about 45mins from strartewrs to main and another 45mins from main to desert. Was Not impressed. |
