I think this is better Hotel in London. It is difficult to get the free connection from airport. However Hotel Hopper is not expensive. |

とても４つ星とは思えないサービスと設備でした。どのようにしていつ星をとったのでしょう？ ベッド周りの清潔さに関しては満足でしたが。 今回はキャンセル不可の安い価格設定で宿泊したので、値段を考えれば不満はいえませんが、もし通常の（キャンセル等も可能の）価格で宿泊したとすれば、価格に見合わないサービスと設備だと感じました。バスルームのシャワーは時に水しか出ず、天井は剥がれていました。 Heathrow Airportに近い点は便利ですが、送迎バスの利用に１人４ポンドかかることをもっとはっきり表示するべきだと思います。 |

Value for money on a room only basis. Room was clean tidy, and comfortable, and not too noisy, considering its proximity (few hundred yards) to Heathrow runway. The breakfast was expensive, and not very good |

Convenient, good value for money. Food was very good in restaurant. Reception person on arrival was not very efficient, he continued to answer the telephone and other customer queries while checking us into the hotel. We arrived at approximately 5.45 pm. |

Its price Tuna Nicoise served up in the bar was absolutely foul. Based on my experience I would not recommend eating there. |
