det basta var att hotellet hade shuttle bussarna som gick sa ofta. chaufforenna var mycket hjalpsamma. mkt trevlig pers. pa hotellet. hjalper vid en situation som nar man reser och bara vill att allt flyter pa. att det inte ingick bara en liten frukost med the och toast for det priset |

Excellent regular service to the various Heathrow terminals. Friendly, helpful staff. The need to negotiate two or three stairs from reception to any room. |

Value for money on a room only basis. Room was clean tidy, and comfortable, and not too noisy, considering its proximity (few hundred yards) to Heathrow runway. The breakfast was expensive, and not very good |

Convenient, good value for money. Food was very good in restaurant. Reception person on arrival was not very efficient, he continued to answer the telephone and other customer queries while checking us into the hotel. We arrived at approximately 5.45 pm. |
