Booked Superior twin through booking .com hotel refused to recognise this even when reservation stating superior twin exhibited to them and gave standard room. I had to pay £30 per night for superior room. Be warned of this if you intend to stay here. |

When i arrived I was told that you were over booked. My reservation had been confused with my sisters booking as we had booked under the same name but separately. i was not happy about this and the safe were not very nice even though it was completely their fault. I was offered a room up in the top floor which to me was no more than an attic. it was cramped and the ceiling was low. |

Location right on Oxford Street - perfect for shopping! We were delayed at check-in as one of the 2 rooms we had booked had been cancelled for no apparent reason. We then had to insist that the 2 rooms which were eventually found were near each other as we had requested. We were given 1 room with a double bed instead of twin beds as booked and had to change rooms, delaying us further. |

Place, staff in the receiption and the conceirge. Yes. Actually the it happened twice for us during our stay. We put the "Don't Disturb" sign and suddenly we find the staff inside our room! |

We found a mouse on the corridor. We mentioned this to the reception and I have asked them for a full refund. They replied to me that they can upgrade me the next time that I will stay at their hotel. This is totally unacceptable. I think you should do something about it, we have paid almost 600 uk pounds to stay for 4 nights and with that money being paid you don't expect this |

The hotel was ideally situated. The lobby of the hotel was lovely to relax after shopping. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff of the hotel were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we would stay there again if visiting London. |

The room we eventually had was nice and the shower was good for my mother who is disabled We did not know on booking that the access to the hotel was up stairs or an escalator. This was a shock as my mother is on a wheeled walking frame. Room was not ready and it was 2.45 before we finally got the keys. As needed to be out with disabled mum early this caused problems for us and we were late for the whole reason we were in London |
