The hotel was lovely, bar prices a bit expensive.

The room was not serviced, dirty glasses left in the room, bathroom products not replenished.

Bar too expensive, breakfast too expensive, room rate on check in did not include vat and this wasn't indicated at the time.

The location is convenient.

The location is noisy. My room was dirty with bloodstained, cracked tiles in the bathroom, fittings that did not work or were loose and curtains that were hanging off the rail. The so-called 'Executive' room was tiny and not at all comfortable. The cooked breakfast the next morning was served from hot plates which meant it was congealed and unappealing. All in all, avoid this hotel.

Nice location - good sized rooms.

Stayed there a lot over the last few years - but it seems some wear and tear is now setting in - mouldy bathrooms and in one case, the door to the shower had been removed and there was plaster all over the floor .

Did let us into room early which was good to get cleaned up after overnight flight. Convenient location to basic needs and various public transport.

Room to room connector doors. Noise easily comes through these and I really wonder how often they are made use of. Room lighting could not be switched to give uniform coverage. Nasty charges for web connection.
