The cleanliness and the quiet room.The location is fantastic.You have everything in the southaptom road, 1 minute from Russell Square.

The breakfast is awful.The hot water in the morning you have like 2 minutes hot water after that you will get the bath with cold water.

Apart from the toilets that were in reception - which were like a sauna
- the whole stay was excellent. Very friendly staff all the way through
the hotel and good little additions like tea, coffee, biscuits, water
and toiletries. Fantastic value and definitely recommended!!!

The room was confortable, the tv screen was big an the breakfast wasn't bad

It has no mini fridge and free wiifi in the room. I ask a room in the 3 rd floor with views, and they had me a room in the 2nd floor without any view. The price was tooo expensive to this kind of room, in spain a Hotle like that never should cost more than 50 euros.

The location of the hotel was ideal, most attractions within walking distance. Air conditioning was also a nice touch, housekeepng was top notch.The breakfast was also very nice.

The big spacious rooms

Surfaces were not cleaned, E.G. windowsills, bathroom shelves
quite dirty

I was put in a room that was stifling hot with a window when opened for
some air opened up to an underground type of dark garage/store room. Did
not sleep most of the night neither did my grandaughter whom I had taken
for her birthday treat due to the heat in the room with only a cool
blower that did not cool the room down at all.

not enough staff serving breakfast at busy time. glass lift needs cleaning on outside.
