Generelt godt, alt for lille værelse til prisen. Man må aldrig glemme at rengøre og klargøre et værelse - vi manglede cleaning m.m. en hel dag! Prisen skal afspejle et kvalitetsniveau og sådanne fejl må ikke forekomme. |

Alhtough we were only booked in for 1 night our room was cleaned bewteen the hours we were out enjoying the london night life ensuring we had clean towles the next morning. It's the little things. |

Great location and service of the hotel staff. Noises from other rooms were noticeable. There was a minor water problem in bathtub (water kept leaking). |

Near to theatre district. We arrved at 2pm and were unable to check in - we were asked to have a coffee and wait. (We had lunch in their bar- 2 sandwiches and 3 glasses of wine- £75!) The room was still not ready at 3.15pm. We went out and returned at 6pm- the room was ready and we were assured our rate would be reviewed in compensation. When checking out I reminded them- they deducted a bottle of water from mini-bar! |

The staff make the hotel attentive and friendly. I believe that when u pay £245 for a one night stay the shower should do more than dribble from the tap, not good enough. |

The staff and its location. The polo bar We unfortunately had a room at the back of the hotel which suffered from noisy delivery vehicles early in the morning which disturbed us. The rooms are small but comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not satisfactory. |

The hotel is very nice and the price was attractive. Really good decoration. There was an chinese lady in the reception very rude and she said there was no reservetion in my name, and I was with the confirmation in my hands. She did not check the reception e-mails. When I tried to talk to the manager. She immeditely solved my problem. |
