Hotel staff was very helpful when baby get sick. Good coordinate for hosptal. Not easy to get information about wether forecast. |

ホテルの各部屋にセーフティーボックスがあると言うことで料金も妥当だし申し込んだにもかかわらず、部屋に入ってみるとセーフティボックスが備え付けられておらず、フロントデスクにそのことを申し入れると「そんなはずはない。各部屋に備え付けてある」と言い張るので、一度見に来るように行って初めて、私たちの部屋にセーフティボックスがないのに気づき、すぐに部屋を変えてもらった。 |

立地は、近辺には食料品店やレストランなどが多く便利です。テルミネ駅近辺以外はほとんど徒歩でまわれました。3日間の滞在でしたが初日に散歩がてらサンピエトロを見学、帰りがけにもう一度行ってみるとミサがあって法王に会えました。 日本や外国からの団体客で朝食がごったがえしていました。 |

Near to the Vatican and main attractions. The restaurant was variable eg some food was luke warm. The check in personnel(2-3 men) were generally miserable and unwelcoming! |

We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were excellent extremely friendly and professional at all times. Would definetly recommend this hotel. A lso it was very close to everything no need for buses- 10 mins from the vatican and 5 mins to via del corso so very central!!!! which was great for us. Also the breakfast was good too lots of choice. |
