All 72 rooms and suites feature refined furnishings and all amenities, including plasma flat screen TV, bathrooms finished in fine marble and individually controlled air-conditioning.

Area information

Palatine Hill is the centremost of the Seven Hills of Rome, and one of the most ancient parts of the city. Home to greats of ancient times, the hill derives its name for the word “palace”.

According to legend, Palatine Hill was the location of the mythical cave where a wolf mother nursed the twin founders of the city, Romulus and Remus. Interestingly, a decorated ancient cave was discovered on the hill in January, 2007, during restoration works carried out in the palace of Emperor Augustus.

This venerable hill is today a large open-air museum that gives you the opportunity to experience the age-old legacy of the Eternal City.

Very nice hotel with stylish design. On the top floor there are two-level rooms. Near the hotel is magnificent restaurant.

location was fair to good, facility is modern and clean, the garden view out of our room was beautiful and serene, room was quiet

room was a bit small, bathroom is not acoustically private from bedroom, room had no heat and was therefore a bit chilly

Hotel excellent location, contemporary, above average room facilities(especially shower), breakfast high standard, added bonus of courtyard style garden with terrace available for drinks and food, staff friendly and accommodating. Overall a lovely hotel.

Bar closed quiet early and was not available afterhours for residents.

The stay was generally pleasant, most of the staff were very helpful and the rooms were all tidy and clean. The hotel is also able to provide triple rooms in a spacious manner. The buffet breakfast provided was fair, with very attentive staff at the breakfast tables always accommodating all our needs, and a garden view for a relaxing breakfast.

Overall, our stay had been a memorable one, both positively as well as negatively. We have booked our stay well in advance (3 months before our trip). Yet, it is very disappointing to have found out the hotel has allocated us with a room with a disabled toilet, when the drain was not well functioning, flooding the entire room when I was taking a shower.
