The location was great. The housekeeper was nice but knocking on the door at the crack of dawn everyday for a week was annoying. Room was too small. Water leak on tub and sink faucet. The curtains were dirty and the tv cabinet was extremely dusty. Towels were terrible and not one extra was given. The blanket was yuck and the mattress was sinking in the middle. I stayed with my child two full grown adults would be even more miserialble in that room. |

The location is the best especially for theater-goers like me as this is in the theare destrict. Also It is very convenient as many restaurants/shops are around and subway station is near. For a certain period of time, 2 of 3 elevators were used by housekeepers and we had to wait for it coming longer. |

Check in was very fast The room was cold,I had to stay up all night. I called the front desk ,they promised to send someone to the room ,no one ever came. |

With one exception staff were helpful friendly and courteous and the location was excellent Smell of drains was unpleasant and only surpassed by the condescending attitude of the female concierge who was not only very rude but very wrong giving us misinformation about how long it took to get to jfk and also how long in advance of take off we needed to be at the airport |

The location The staff was not very helpful, there was a terrible noise coming from the air-conditioning outside the hotel (difficult to sleep) and I was freezing in the room. |
