The turn down service at night . When we came back to our room after a hard days shopping the bed would be turn back and an apple left on the pillow, staff was great,

It was a little noise but apart from that nothing at all,

hotel location was very central for times square and central park both just a couple minutes walk, empire state building and macys just 10 mine walk! We arrived 3 hours early and were allowed to check in. Staff friendly and helpful.... Good cocktails :-)

The bed frame was exposed and both I and girlfriend hit our shins on it on numberous occasions. Roof bar only open weekends and when it is open we found they had hired it out for private parties so couldn't use it.

The hotel is at the heart of New York. Few blocks away from Central Park and Times Square...Perfect position!

The room was really small for a high class hotel. I know that that was an offer...anyway I wasn't imagining they had such a small rooms too...

Very convenient location

The Spa was not available due to a flood which did affect our enjoyment of the hotel as there was no facility in the hotel to relax at

The service was excellent

The Beds had a strange almost plastic layer to the bottom meaning you frequently woke up in a pool of your own sweat! Revolting. For a hotel costing in excess of $3000 for a week, charging for laundry services seems miserly.
