Miljön inne på hotellet var väldigt soft och mysig. Trevlig miljö och bra mat på hotellets restaurang och bar. Närheten till Central Park och shopping. Sängarna som var oerhört hårda (saknade bäddmadrass) samt att det var omöjligt att få singel täcke (eget). |

Dels försvann en personlig handduk jag hade haft med mig och den fick jag aldrig tillbaka. Sen var det VÄLDIGT högljutt på hotellet, och det hade jag nog velat att det framgick att jag skulle bo på en nattklubb bokstavligen talat. Jag var inte riktigt beredd på det. Dessutom är det riktigt små rum och det kan vara bra att tala om det i hotellinformationen. |

Schysst bar och hyfsat läge. Klart överprissatt. Rummen borde max ligga på 2000. |

Coola barer och restauranger. Härlig atmosfär. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Små och mörka rum. Lite slitet. Sängarna var låga och hårda och inte höga amerikanska fluffiga. |

i like the music in the hotel, exellent bars and service the rooms are very small, and now they put insid lcd tv and you have to becarful when you wake up from the bed |

There was nothing I didn't like. Had excellent service from start to finish with every staff member we came in contact with. We could hear the people next door and in the hallway, but as it didn't keep us up, not really that much of a criticism. |

The location of the hotel is good and the staff are very friendly. The room was tiny. There was not even enough room for me to open the door of the room without closing and moving my suitcase. Everything was very expensive even things that you would get for free in most places - $5 for a sewing kit, $7.50 for a bottle of water etc. Considering the high cost of the room I would expect these things to be complimentary. |

The bar area outside which was lovely and atmospheric. I found the hotel very dark with depressingly grey corridors and my room was the tiniest dim lit room I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. The bathroom was miniscule and I had to sit on the toilet sideways because my knees would bang the wall in front [I'm really not that tall!] |

Very stylish communal areas. Highly courteous and efficient staff. Could have been better lit; it was rather dark. The room had insufficient space for hanging and storing clothes; needed a chest of drawers. |
