I am very fond of the Soho Grand. It makes a great first impression in terms of mood at atmosphere when you step in the front door, and this continues through to rooms and especially is true of the service. I am a returning guest at the Soho Grand. This time on business, but other times private. |

Nice staff and comfy room.... There was a very bad smell coming from some new plastic things in the room that was quite bothersome. They said they were going to coming and do something but they never came.... |

Easy access to Soho and the Village. Great view of downtown. Champagne upon arrival. The a/c unit could be better - the cycling seemed off. Either too cold or too hot. |

pet friendly and nice staff. bathroom floor needs machine scrubbing. I have that kind of tile which is hard to just mop. Shower liner should be nylon not plastic. Smell funny. |
