Situation of hotel, just 50 m from Times Square. Helpful staff. La

Room housekeeping is poor, breakfast too short and bed too small.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Night. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Although the rooms are small, they are beautifully decorated with luxurious yet comfortable furnishings!! I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The Hotel is in hte center of everything, easy to get around the city!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Night.

The price... lol... but all clean Hotels in NYC are expensive... so....

The location, the set-up, the decor, the lay-out of the room.

Bad soundproofing: we hear everything that goes on in the corridor;
because there are no door-stoppers on the room doors, the doors slam all
the time, making lots of noise; renovations took place in the corridor +
staircase, and I don't see why the management of the hotel would let
them start at 8 am in the city that doesn't sleep. Sadly, would not go
stay there again.

edgy sexual ambiance, yet far from seedy. friendliness of staff.

when I checked in the deskman told me he was going to give me internet free for one day as it was my first stay. The charge appeared on my bill the next morning.

the location is great

The room was so small that I felt as sleeping in the corridor. The room did not have windows and I could only came there for a night to sleep as you simply can not spend much time in this type of space. You can hear what people in other rooms are doing. You can not sleep with air conditioning bacause of its sound.

Nothing!!! They were painting the hotel and there was no restaurant where we could have breakfast, lunch, dinner.

The breakfast is in the hotel the worst I have ever had!!!

The look and ambiance was fantastic. A lot of attention was given to visual details, and quality of the presentation. The Goth style was omnipresent; delicately beautiful, sensuous, and exotic. It is as dark and silent as the night can be. The staff was also very nice.

They decided to repaint the lounge's floor while we were there, I found that the decision was poor since it is right in the middle of tourist season. So we missed the use of the lounge for half of our stay.
