エアコンがとてもうるさくて夜中に何度も起こされた。ファンの音は我慢できたが金属が共鳴する音だろうか、テレビや会話も聞き取りづらい程であった。フロントには２度言ったが、｢しょうがない。｣とのこと。｢エアコンを切ればいい。｣｢毛布を増やせばいい。｣と言って根本的な解決はなかった。また、防音が悪く廊下で話している声や他の部屋のドアの開閉音がしっかり聞こえる。 |

ロビーやお部屋がとにかくお洒落。簡単なコンチネンタルの朝食もインクルードされているので便利。立地もタイムズスクエアからすぐなので最高。NY滞在中お洒落ホテルに宿泊したい人向け。金額的には中ランクの部屋に滞在しましたがまあこの程度の広さかな〜と、狭い部屋はかなり狭そう・・・。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。 欲をいえば、歯ブラシ＆スリッパは欲しい。シャワールームはバスタブがないので木を遣わないとバスルームがビシャビシャになる・・・。これも愛嬌？ |

Great location...right next to Times Square. Staff were super friendly, and willing to help. Loved the decor, very chic and modern with a boutique feel. Shower had no door/curtains...not very practical. The elevator is very slow |

It was very comfortable, clean, good customer service. I was in a room by an exit door and the slamming of the door was a bit uncomfortable. |

The room was great! A good size room plus a good sized bathroom, and all extremely comfortable and new. I got the room for about £400 for 3 nights, which was well worth it for NYC Just a little too much noise from the hallway (slamming doors) and the street - they could do with a little bit more sound proofing, but I wouldn't want to exaggerate this given the hotels location - just off Times Square. The noise level was only sufficiently high to be able to describe it as little more than a minor irritation |
